More than just a virtual yoga class—this is a fully immersive, one-on-one healing journey through your senses, streamed live from the lush, natural beauty of Kaua‘i (weather permitting). Each 90-minute session is intuitively guided and tailored to you, focusing on the area of your body, chakra, or emotional landscape that needs support. Whether you're seeking grounding, release, clarity, or activation, this session meets you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. We weave together: - Intentional movement (yoga and Pilates) - Breathwork - Meditation - Solfeggio sound healing with crystal alchemy bowls Optional aromatherapy guidance and tea ritual to create your own sacred space at home. These elements work in harmony to awaken your five senses, release blocked energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner flow—all from the comfort of your own space. Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Private Online Chakra Yoga Session Each session is a live, one-on-one experience guided from Kaua‘i and streamed online. Sessions are 90 minutes and include movement, meditation, and Solfeggio sound healing. Booking & Payment The full session fee of $222 USD is due at the time of booking. After payment, you’ll receive a short intake form to personalize your session based on your physical, emotional, or energetic needs. Sessions are offered via secure video call (Zoom or preferred platform). Cancellation & Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your session with no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. If there are technical issues on your side, we’ll do our best to reschedule within reason. If severe weather on Kaua‘i prevents streaming from nature, the session will still be held in my bamboo yoga shala, or rescheduled if necessary. By booking, you agree to this policy and to showing up with presence, openness, and readiness to receive.
