I'm Virág (Pua), the heart behind HAWAIKI Holistik™.
A former professional ballerina, holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher, and sound healer, I've spent over 20 years exploring the intersection of movement, nature, and holistic living.
From the temples of Bali to cacao ceremonies in the Mayan jungle, from swimming with wild dolphins in Egypt to deep studies in ancient healing traditions, each experience has shaped the soul of this work.
Today I'm based on Maui, Hawai'i, where I offer private yoga, solfeggio sound healing, and holistic home consultations, in person and online worldwide. I am the only dedicated solfeggio singing bowl practitioner on the island.
I believe in simple healing, natural living, and deep reconnection, one session, one home, one person at a time.

Come with an open heart and bring your mat. Each session begins with a short check-in to tune into your energy, your breath, and your intention.
