Each 90-minute session is intuitively shaped around what your body, mind, and energy need most in this moment. Whether you're seeking grounding, release, or simply a rare hour of genuine stillness, this experience meets you where you are. We weave together: - Intentional movement (yoga and Pilates) - Breathwork - Healing touch - Aromatherapy - Crystal healing - Meditation - Solfeggio sound healing with precision-tuned solfeggio singing bowls - Closing tea ceremony These elements work together to awaken your five senses, release built-up tension, and restore a sense of energetic flow and ease. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy This is a 90-minute private session available in your chosen space on Maui (outdoors or indoors) or online by request. Investment: $333 USD Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a short intake form to share your focus, intentions, and any relevant health information. This helps customize your session to your body, emotions, and energetic needs. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session can be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. If you are late, your session time may be shortened accordingly to respect the schedule. By booking, you agree to this policy and to showing up with presence and openness.
