Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Rainbow Chakra Yoga Retreat Retreat Investment: $4,444 USD This includes the full 7-day retreat program, daily chakra-focused yoga and sound healing, plant-based breakfast and lunch, guided activities, ceremonies, and your retreat guidebook. Accommodation is not included. Payment Terms: Full payment of $4,444 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment is accepted via secure online checkout (credit/debit card or bank transfer). Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable due to limited space and preparation costs. If we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date. Travel & Insurance: Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and transportation to activity locations (unless otherwise noted). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, or unexpected travel disruptions. Agreement: By booking this retreat, you agree to the terms above and commit to showing up for yourself with an open heart and mind. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a welcome packet, preparation tips, and a detailed schedule.
